Really simple! You want to let your property and you already have someone who wants to rent it.
However, you are unsure about the lease and want to make sure that everything is signed up properly. Give us your details, and the details of your tenant, and we will draw up the lease for you.
We will meet you and your prospective tenant before the move in date, and ensure that the lease is signed correctly. This will also include the other regulatory documentation, such as AT5 form, standard letter for tenants and any other legal documentation applicable at that time. We’ll give you and your tenant a copy of the lease and leave the rest to you.
Our fee for this service is £150.00 for each tenant.
