Let your property

Jackson Knight offers three different services for property management.

Give us the keys for your rental property and we’ll do the rest! It’s as simple as that!

We will find you a suitable tenant and ensure that they are signed up with the correct lease. If any problems arise with general maintenance we will organise for the repair to be carried out in an efficient and cost effective way.

We will notify the Council regarding council tax, and notify gas and electricity suppliers, and generally take the hassle away from you.

When tenants leave we will organise for any cleaning or maintenance which might need to be done and get the property re-let as quickly as possible.

Our fee for this service is 10% of the gross rent.

For an additional fee, we can also organise for furniture and soft furnishings to be purchased and the property “dressed” so that it looks fantastic for your prospective tenants, and to maximise the amount of rent which can be achieved.

If you live near your rental property and don’t mind dealing with the day to day running of a rental property, this service might suit you perfectly.

We will advertise your property and handle all the viewings. We will vet prospective tenants to ensure that they are suitable, and then sign them up to the correct lease.

We will then hand the property back to you and let you take over with the day to day management.

Our fee for this service is £300.00.

Really simple! You want to let your property and you already have someone who wants to rent it.

However, you are unsure about the lease and want to make sure that everything is signed up properly. Give us your details, and the details of your tenant, and we will draw up the lease for you.

We will meet you and your prospective tenant before the move in date, and ensure that the lease is signed correctly. We’ll give you and your tenant a copy of the lease and leave the rest to you.

Our fee for this service is £150.00.
